  Avoid Dr. Fume like the plague. I scheduled a termite fumigation which included damaged wood structure replacement with another company, Accurate Termite & Pest Control. They employed Dr. Fume to do the fumigation after Accurate completed the repairs. We followed all the instructions (such as double bagging food and having the gas shut off) and had taken time off work and my daughter's school. The day of fumigation (Friday before a long weekend) Dr. Fume pulls then after an hour starts saying they cannot proceed because of fencing issues. I got on the phone and work out a solution, then it was another issue, I found a solution. Dr. Fume project lead Jose had reported that our neighbor would not allow them access. So I went to my neighbor with Jose and she said sure to do whatever you need to do which was in addition to the written consent. After a couple hours of back and forth me solving all their invented issues Dr. Fume left. We are stuck at home for a long weekend with no gas. So I called Accurate to detail all of this. I explained that they just did not want to do the job, there were some clear dishonesty/integrity issues. Tim from Accurate apologized and was embarrassed. This has never happened in my neighborhood where they had done 15 homes with zero lot lines with no issues at all. Accurate offered to do it with a different fumigation company in the future and will pursue compensation for what we have been put through. Having read some of the other reviews I have seen from Dr. Fume I warn you to STAY AWAY from Dr. Fume AT ALL COSTS.
