  I love the clothes, and it is a nice clean store. However, the staff are rude to the point where I thought I was imagining things. I could not believe how rude I saw the staff being with others in front of the manager, and then to me! I would not come back here, I have always suggested that people shop more online because of the variety, but the way I was treated here justifies that shopping online is better than coming to the store, especially this one .

  Went in to do a return, and the cashier was not helpful. Then her coworker, African American guy (maybe manger), was rude and not patient. I felt they just wanted me to leave.

  Yesterday I had the nicest black man, rather tall (helped me with my payment at check out). Best customer service I've ever had at any Forever 21 store. We love the selection at this store.

  Mid size Forever 21, good selection of women's clothes, has some accessories & shoes, not as many as other branches. The only complaint I have is the store is often messy, things misplaced, not folded, etc. and their staff is not very helpful or friendly, like their other stores.
