  I live in the area and have been coming to this Home Depot for years. I can truly say this Home Depot is more miss than hit compared to the one off Tustin in Orange. If you want a little more knowledgeable people you may want to go to another location, but this location always does seem to have what I need.

  The only time I have a good experience is when I don't ask for help finding an item, either they are in a bad mood or act like there time is to valuable to stop and help me for a minute. I have asked for help ( on different visits) finding an item and they just point across the store and guess, they tell me "try aisle 5". The Home Depot's customer service is BAD.
