  Bought a complete suit, shoes, tailoring, the works. Racked up a hefty bill, but left very satisfied (Kentucky store.) First time I sat down at work, the pants ripped. Fast forward a month and I am back in SoCal. I need a new pair of pants to match my blazer; and that's where this location steps in... Greeted immediately, nice young lady btw. I explain to her what happened, she says, "let me go get my manager, Josh." Josh walks right past me, and starts picking out blazers and stringing them up. I walk over and ask him what they're for. He proceeds to tell me he can only sell me the entire suit and he was picking out mismatched (and terribly ugly) pieces from the bottom racks for me to choose from. These pieces looked like they hadn't had a home since the Fall Collection of 1999. So...this does nothing for my situation at all; I just need matching pants from the company who sells and manufactures their own suits. You really couldn't order me some from your factory in Vietnam? I just spent 800 bucks last month, did your stupid loyalty reward program, and just won't entertain the thought of another trip after this experience. Unfortunately Josh doesn't have the clout or confidence to make it right with the consumer. That's retail 101. You have to make it right. Going to look somewhere else for the pants I guess. Just really not interested in spending 500 on a suit today.
