    I've been going here off and on for 6 years and they do a pretty good job. Sometimes, they take so long, though, that I have to retrieve my car before they're completely finished. I guess they could use some improvement with the time it takes. There was only one guy working on my car and he seemed of retirement age and was very slow.

    WORST EXCUSE FOR A DETAILING SHOP & CAR WASH WITH THE WORST MANAGERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! This message is to Lupe Lozano-Manager and Jay Bajaria-Owner. I came on Saturday 12/2/17 morning with my car in a state of emergency as my friend had vomited in the front seat/area of my car. I showed the car wash host at the front my situation and we did a full walk through and I pointed out all the areas where there was vomit. I then confirmed that all the seat covers would be thrown away, and all the materials like papers or things that could not be thrown away to be placed in a bag separate from the car. I then drove my car to the line up to be washed from the outside. The technician there told me he would drive the car in so I got out and did another walk through with him to show him all the affected areas. I was reassured that I would be taken care of and this is something that they deal with all the time and not to worry. Well, when I came back later that afternoon to pick up the car, it was still extremely dirty inside and the center console where there was vomit was AS IS!! nothing had been cleaned or touch nor had the seat belt been cleaned either. The manager at that time Lupe came over and I did a THIRD walk through with him to point out all the affected areas yet again. He assured me he would take care of it and make sure that he personally checked the car. I came back to pick it up as the wash was closing and drove him, the next day I noticed that the car still smelled and there were a lot of dirty areas. The seat belt was still not washed properly and it looked like they wiped it down with paper towels. So I called the car wash and they told me I could bring it Monday 12/4 and they'd do another detail. When I get to the wash on Monday, I open my truck and see that the first crew had taken my VOMIT-COVERED seat cover and put it AS IS in my trunk! Now everything in my trunk was covered and affected by the vomit smell. The second manger who was working Monday helped me take out everything from my trunk and THROW IT AWAY. I put what I could save in a bag which wasn't much. So now this would make it the THIRD time your crew is detailing my car. Not to mention, when I picked it up at closing I came home and in the morning still saw dirty areas in my car. I paid $135 + 10 (air freshers) + $40 tip on the first go-around because I trusted that your guys did the job properly the first time. When I called to speak to Lupe the manager & ask for a refund, he told me there was no way "I was going to see my money or get a refund" and he told me that "I should blame my friend who threw up. How about you take me to small claims and we'll see if you get your money back. You'll never get to talk to the owner." He said to me. What kind of business are you running where people come to you for expert help and you treat them like this?? I didn't pay nearly $200 to be talked to like that or to have a poor job done 3 TIMES! If you can't hire the right people for the job, then you shouldn't be in the DETAILING business. It's called a DETAIL for a reason--you're supposed to pay attention to the DETAILS! I would never recommend your services ever.
