  This is a corporate AT&T store. The only way to go in my opinion. Service is fast, very friendly and very informed to help with all plans, phones, tablets, etc.

  Shady Reps. and management. Went to upgrade my mom and found out that the Rep used my line (main line) to upgrade instead of my moms who was also upgrade eligible. Didn't realize it until I ported my number to Verizon shortly after. An AT&T phone rep said I had to pay $925 because the store had used my line for the upgrade and had the installment payments placed on it and now since it was cancelled I had to make a payment in full even though I wasn’t the one with the new phone. Not ready to pay an almost $1000 bill, I went back to the store to complain and the manager didn't even seem to care about her employees shady business practices and how the Rep used my line to get the most bang for her buck in terms of commission since my number was the main line. The manager pretty much blamed me for not going over the contract in detail at the time of upgrade. (I ended up getting an iWatch for myself that day and confused the installment plans for that purchase) The manager offered no apologies whatsoever and seemed more annoyed that she even had to talk to me. She literally said "You should've looked at your contract before you left." She took no responsibility for her employees actions. She went on to tell me that she couldn't do anything to help me and I was stuck with the fee. Luckily, I got a hold of actual professionals up the AT&T corporate latter that were able to credit the installment plan on my line and transfer that balance to my mom's line leaving me with no fees to pay. So happy I'm with Verizon now.
